Can you provide a picture of the machine's SN code and the main page of the bios? We can confirm whether there is a bios update available.

I tried to reply to this (as I’m User1969) but was unable to. Kept asking for a security question, but the options didn’t include any of the questions I was asked. So I reposted as Querky (just now). In summary, you can kill this thread as I replaced it with an account that I will simply not log out as Querky. Thank you!
