My gt1 it´s dead

In my second day with my gt1 i´m playing Kodi and the gt1 freeze my remote doesn´t worked and i tried to unplug and plug the ac adaptor.
But my gt 1 doesn´t worked, the system begin to start but in the beelink logo the system freeze again.
First i tried to wipe to factory and not worked.
I tried to reinstall firmware 106, 104, 102, 106 another but the gt1 it´s in the same stage (I tried SD and USB method too).
Can anyone to help me

Ask to sent to you a new one, call them, where you got it. Before that, try one time to update by cample from pc the same firmware.

tengo el mismmo problema de preonto se inivio y lo desconecte y se queda donde mismo lo restableci de fabrica y lo mismo si sabes de alguna solucion compartes yo compre la mia en diciembre

I had a similar problem...

Unit died after a few days use and configuring. Blue light was on but nobody at home...

Don't expect a response from Beelink on here - just send it back.
