I purchased a S12 Pro N100 to replace my Beelink U57, though I can't get the S12 pro to work on my Rog strix XG32VQ monitor, though everything works fine on the U57.

I have tried the S12 on a Rog Strix XG32VC monitor and it works perfectly, there is very little difference in the 2 monitors, am I missing something, or is there a bios setting or update that would make this monitor work on the S12 Pro. I don't want to send the device back, and really hope there is a simple way round this.

I posted about this in the wrong group, apologies for that, and I hope I haven't misunderstood the pupose of this forum. Also I couldn't find the forum rules.

My download manager says this download is going to take 3 days to download a 1Gb file. I have tried VPNing to China and this doesn't speed things up, is there anything you can do?

Sorry to go on about this, I cannot get this file to download, it just keeps timing out, initially it was downloading at 0.1 Mbits/sec then it just stops, tried several times now. Is there any other way of getting access to this file?

I have updated the drivers as suggested and still have the same problem. Also I have run the system in safe mode, and my Rog strix XG32VQ works. This leads to think there is something going on in windows.

Hi there,

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.  Please send us a picture of the main page of the BIOS, we will check if you need to update it.

I have already updated the Bios to N95V106, Build Date and Time: 12/15/2023 09:49:07 (please see attached photo), and the I still have the same issue. Though if there is a more recent version, I would be only too happy to try it out.

I have also reached out to Beelink Europe, because they sold me the computer, though you responded before they did.

Hi there,

If the  S12 Pro works on a Rog Strix XG32VC monitor, it means that PC has no problem.
1.Check Connections:
Ensure that all cables are securely connected between the S12 Pro and the monitor. Try using different cables if possible to rule out a faulty cable.
Make sure the monitor is set to the correct input source corresponding to the S12 Pro.

2.Monitor Settings:
Check the monitor's settings menu. Make sure it is configured correctly for the input signal from the S12 Pro. Some monitors have specific settings for different types of connections.
Try resetting the monitor to its factory defaults. This can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.

I have tried all of those things, and still it refuses to boot in windows on the S12 Pro, when I run the S12 in windows safe mode the monitor works so all the ports cables must be ok, and the monitor works on every other device I have, this includes other mini computer running windows (not in safe mode), and with multi monitors, its not the monitor.

Its really strange, though the vendor has agreed to let me return the S12 and replace it, to see if that fixes the problem, or the if the issues persists.

The only thing this monitor doesn't support is HDCP, though I don't see how that would affect Windows 11, because Widows 11 is running on other mini devices.

Hi  there,

It is indeed strange.
Could you please return the item for a replacement?
Hopefully the replacement will solve the problem.
