When I got my GTR7Pro months ago, I booted the machine a few times with Windows.  Then I upgraded to "Crucial 96GB Kit (2x48GB) DDR5-5600 SODIMM" and run Debian 12 (Proxmox 8 Hypervisor).  System has memory issues and crashes after 10 days of being powered on.  Proxmox VM backups are currupted caused by memory issues.

Runnning BIOS version GTRP5C6V37
Tried using the CMOS button to clear settings.
System boots fine with both sticks.
System boots fine with 1 stick (did not trigger any memory training)
System boots fine with the other stick (did not trigger any memory trainting)

Main BIOS screen correctly reports 96 GB of Memory.  However, "Socket 0 Information" page incorrctly shows 32 GB.

Their a way to force the system to redo DDR5 memory training and/or get the Socket 0 Information page to show the correct memory?

Can you see if the BIOS  Socket 0 Information is correct when using 64 GB RAM?

Hello there,
No problem,it is correct.

hardware should be capable and Linux Kernel 6.6 or newer should be able to utilize the AMD hardware.  Crucial released this RAM after right after Bee Link released this product - other AMD systems work with the bigger ram....

Wonder if compatibility could be achieved with a simple BIOS update - wonder if the BIOS is just hard coded to detect up to 64 GB.

bios reports are not perfect for 48GB RAM modules,
I use them for couple of month, no have any issues.
Check in Your OS if it able to utilize full 96GB of RAM.

if You are on linux use `free -h` to check available RAM:

Happy to report this was a bug in the linux kernel.  Updated Proxmox to proxmox-kernel-6.8.8-2-pve-signed and no longer have crashes nor any memory fault looking errors in the journal syslog!

So just want the BIOS to recognize the correct memory.  Looks like newer Bee Link models now have the 96 GB memory officially supported, so hopefully this will be added to a future GTR7 Pro BIOS update
