Windows 11 can't be activated SER6 MAX

I bought a mini-pc SER 6 Max and I can't activate Windows 11. Windows indicates that the product key has been used by another PC. Could you, please, help me with this issue?

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC to confirm , we will issue one for you .
