GTR6 - Fingerprint Sensor Disconnect after BIOS update

My problem with the fingerprint sensor remains.
The fingerprint sensor is listed as not connected in the device manager list.
This issue started after the BIOS update.

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2
Installed on ‎23/‎07/‎2023
OS Build 22631.3155
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0

My BIOS version is GTR6_P5C4V20

Contacting customer support I requested BIOS V09. As I imagined when returning to BIOS V09, the fingerprint sensor worked again. This makes me think that there must be some setting in later versions of the BIOS that can be adjusted so that the fingerprint sensor and all HDMI outputs work simultaneously. I would be grateful if customer service could figure out which setting this is.

According to our email exchanges and the result after asking the technical staff, it should be that you updated the version before V23 provided by us, that is, the BIOS version file of V20 is not applicable to your machine, so the fingerprint cannot be used after updating V20.

Your machine currently only works with V09 and V23 BIOS version files.

In this version number 22, the fingerprint sensor is also not connected. So my question is whether the real version 23 actually triggers the fingerprint sensor.

If your GTR6900 has 4 HDMI ports.the V23 bios will triggers the fingerprint sensor.

I redid the BIOS V23 installation I received from customer support. It did not activate the fingerprint sensor. In fact, I had already made this attempt previously, but I thought it prudent to redo the procedure to be sure of the results. I had some doubts about the ROM itself, because when checking the BIOS version installed on the main screen, the version reported is GTR6P5C4V22. This might indicate that I don't have the correct file. I will get back to customer support with this information to be sure of what steps to take.
