Windows 11 activation

I just purchased a SER 5 Max and when I started it up, it told me that Windows cannot be activated. Is there an activation code that I need?

Hello, sorry for the trouble. pls send us a picture of the sn code on the bottom of the machine, then we could send you a key accordingly. thanks
