Ser5 Windows 11 Pro activation errors

Hello,

I have a Beelink SER5 mini PC that came with 500GB drive and Windows 11 Pro installed. The Windows activation key is not working when I perform a factory reset. It also does not work when I reinstall onto a bigger 1TB drive.

How do I fix the activation problem?

could you pls send me the SN on the bottom of the PC?then II will send you the corresponding key.
