Hi everyone. I have a mini PC with Ryzen 7 5800h processor and 32 GB RAM. The PC is fine but it has a flaw that is annoying for me. every now and then the screen and audio dies for about 1 second and then it goes back to normal. I'm trying to use Windows 10 after several driver updates and the problem doesn't exist. since I don't want to use the 10 but the 11, I ask if there is some simple way to make the Win 11 lightweight or some advice for those who know this type of PC and their bios. do you recommend me? could you send me the SN on the bottom of the PC?
yu can try the following methods:
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, then turn on the PC after 10 minutes
3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components.Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.

If it still doesn’t work, please try to replace SSD and RAM or put the SSD or RAM to other devices to test if they work.
4. You can take out one of the RAM and test whether one of the RAM is damaged.

thanks. I DID ALL and problem still is there. I asked to seller on ebay but he does not offer assistance. My serial number is: D58003JG10308 and i reinstalled drivers without success. Can be that i added a ssd 2tb disk at already present nvme and power supply does not make well? what is a new power supply more powerful without cut cables, ready to use?

Can you send me a new bios for this other try? are there new drivers for windows 11 since in the website are one year old?

hello, for bios, pls contact our after-sales email, support-pc@bee-link.com, then we could send you a bios accordingly, for the power supply, we do not have one with a bigger power, sorry for that, for the driver, if you want a newest version, you could just go to AMD official website to get the latest one. thanks
