My BIOS is N95V104 03/17/2023. I tried resetting the BIOS to defaults, then modifying just the fan section but the CPU fun will still not hit max speeds. As I test, I set the fan mode to manual and was able to get the fan to run at full speed, so I know it can hit 5,500 RPM. Linux kernel is 6.6.8.
