Unable to enter bios menu

Hello, I cannot enter the BIOS menu on my SER5 PC. I've tried pressing delete or F7 key during power on, but I get an empty black screen. I can boot into Windows 11 normally if I don't press anything. The Advanced startup option in Windows 11 also doesn't work for getting into the bios menu. What should I do to get into bios?

im literally having the same issue as you. the beelink logo doesnt appear so i cant even go to bios.

If i don't do anything windows just loads normally.

Just an update: I was able to boot to bios and beelink appears if i plug in using DISPLAY port.
Not sure whats up with that? My monitor has a resolution 3840x1600, not sure if that plays a role.

I was able to install windows 11 from bootable via hitting f7 and booting on it as well.
