Belink GTmini-A has gone dark.

Hi. I have had the GTmini-A, for a few years now and so far it has worked perfectly. I think it is on Android 8.1. The other day I turned it off and now it won't turn on. The "blue" (or white) light, if it turns on, but does not give signal to the tv. I've tried with another HDMI cable, and it doesn't work, could someone tell me what it could be?
It has not fallen, there have been no power outages, the remote does work, because it turns off the TV. I have left it all night out of power, but it has not worked.
I need your help.
