No Heatsink on SSD? SER 5 5700U

I just received my new Ser 5 Pro 5700U pc (32Gb - 1TB)

I had to go inside as there was a rattling sound. A screw was loose inside but when I was looking inside I see that the SSD has no heatsink.

Is that normal? When I looked at reviews on the internet I am sure the SSD had a thermal pad or heatsink installed.

Can anyone who has the heatsink fitted to the same SSD in my picture above please post an image so I can see how it is fitted?

My heatsink has arrived. It is much smaller than I have seen in other You Tube videos where the heatsink covers the whole SSD. Can anyone tell me if it is fitted to the Phison chip (rectangle in my pic below)?

Also I assume that it has adhesive on both sides and should make contact with the case above?
