Lighthome problem GT1 Ultimate

Goodnight. I recently purchased a second-hand GT1 Ultimate box. The seller didn't mention any problems, he just said that he restored the box to factory settings. After the initial configuration I came across the lighthome problem, quite common here on the forum. I need some guidance on what to do and how to do it. Thank you in advance for any attention you can give to my issue.

My box is a GT1 Ultimate - Android version 7.1.2

Can anyone give me some guidance? I looked at the different posts on the subject, and either no response was given to the user or the links are already inactive.

Find LightHome (or the default launcher) in the list.
Select it and then choose Clear Cache and Clear Data.
This will reset the launcher and could potentially fix issues.
