Hey guys,

can you tell how I can stop my device from keeping the USB-ports powered on once I have shut down my PC?
My external hard drive and my USB speaker never turn off even when the PC is out for hours.
Is there a specific BIOS setting?

Our machine has a wake-on-lan function, if the machine is completely powered off, this function will not work properly. Therefore, when the machine is connected to the power supply, even if it is turned off, the external interface of the machine has power.

hope it can help you and have a nice day!

Okay, I do not need Wake-on-lan, how can I turn it off or the USB-ports directly?

Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI setup. This is usually done by pressing a specific key during the boot process, such as F2, F12, Del, or Esc. The key may vary depending on your computer's manufacturer. Check your computer's manual or the initial boot screen for the correct key

I have this same issue. I use the PC to emulate games and the arcade controller I have connected to it has LED lights that won't turn off when the PC is off. It is really surprising to see that Beelink doesn't offer the option to disable power to the USB ports in the BIOS. I hope they listen to their customers and release a firmware upgrade that will allow this functions. I have seen many people complaining about this online.

Thanks for the reply. Will there ever be a firmware upgrade to allow this function for the S12 Pro? This is the price point PC I need to use for my business.

Hello, you mean MINIS 12 PRO, right? this machine can not turn off USB-POWER when device is off.
And you can purchase the SEI 12450---https://www.bee-link.com/catalog/product/index?id=522
This machine can allow this function.

And there is no BIOS to allow this function for other machines.

Hope it can help you and have a nice day!

Look for settings related to USB Configuration, Advanced, or Power Management. The exact location and name might differ depending on your BIOS version.
