Well, I now have TWO working units here...

Actually, I'm very happy with them when connected to a wired network.

BUT...

WiFi doesn't work on either unit!

On 1 unit it continually drops out and re-connects... so you get halfway through something and it all stops. You can do a speedtest which shows good performance but then it drops out.

On the other unit the WiFi appears to connect strongly but is SO SLOW that even the google.com page on the browser times out.

I am connecting at 2.4G to a WAP that is happy to connect to tablets, phones, etc.

I also tried connecting to a ZTE ZXDSL 931 VII router with the same results.

BTW one unit is an A912 and the other is a G912

Any suggestions?

I can wire one of these units but the other MUST be connected wirelessly...

I've seen all the posts but I think the point was that 2/2 is not a brilliant score...

I have had this box since Nov 2 and the WIFI is horrible.  I am only getting 8mps when I have 25mps from my internet provider. My smart TV gets 22mps so there must be something wrong with the box. I don't have wired internet close to my TV so I can't try that.  I have tried a WIFI TP Link extender but this makes it worse I can only get 1mps.

I don't think this can be fixed with a firmware update.

unfortunately my router doesn't support 5ghz. A new router will cost me more then the Beelink
Beelink advise support for 2.4ghz on the spec so surely they must fix 2.4ghz

my beelink currently has GT1_102MO

Guys..this thing have been discussed long time ago. Beelink GT1 wifi receiver is not very good. To get stable wifi need to stay  near with the router. Once you move it further and have wall in between, the wifi signal will drop drastically while other device maintain at full bar. This is hardware limitation cannot be fix by firmware. Find android box with external antenna to get better wifi.
