BeeLink SEI12 with 64 GB RAM (TeamGroup) will not work.

Hi, I am having exactly the same issue as reported in multiple other threads.

I have two TeamGroup 32GB SODIMMs. When both are installed, I get no HDMI output and no USB activity of any kind. When I have only a single 32GB SODIMM installed in EITHER slot the system boots normally.

This is brand new unit, received Sept 18 2023. RAM is also new, received on same. Both sticks work independently on BeeLink in either slot, and both sticks work together in other tested systems. This seems to be a compatibility issue with TeamGroup SODIMMS rather than a bad RAM port on the BeeLink SEI12.

Please swap the slot and wait about one minute after you turn on the PC.
The PC may need some time to read and pair with the new RAM. After you put two 32GB RAM in it, please wait about at least 20 seconds until it responds,.
So please do not turn off the PC though the screen is black.
If it doesn't work, there might be the incompatibility problem.

As I've said before, a single stick of 32GB in either slot works just fine, but when both are inserted together, nothing boots. I've powered off the machine, taken it apart, inserted the RAM, put it back together, inserted the power cable but not powered it on and left it for 5+ minutes, then powered it on and waited for over 10 minutes, and still observed this issue. I've used the reset button with a SIM ejector tool to reset the device with both sticks of RAM inserted. I've put a single stick in and gone through the BIOS settings to try to disable/enable things that might help, and then inserted the second stick of RAM. Nothing has helped.
