I have a GTR7 Pro (7940HS, stock 2x16GB 5600mhz RAM, 1TB SSD). I expanded with a 4TB NVME SSD in the second m.2 slot, and replaced the stock wifi module to an intel ax210 wifi 6e, but I use ethernet instead of wifi.
The device is stable in general use, like media playing, video chat, office apps, web browsing, no random reboots as others reported.
But when i start playing games, it freezes all cases. I tried to upgrade/downgrade AMD chipset and VGA drivers to the newest one, and from the official Beelink driver package, but doesn't work. Changed the power/battery profile in windows power settings, set the cpu maximum power to 90%. With these setting, the cpu temp under games maximum 55C degrees.
I suspect the RAM modules because those getting too hot, about 80C. Is there any option to decrease the RAM speed? I can't find any settings in BIOS.
