U59 Realtek audio driver gone... no fix yet???

My U59 mini pc is having the same issue as many others. During Win11 updates the Realtek audio driver gets replaced and the only audio is a "KT USB Audio" and now only the headphone jack works. There is no more audio through the HDMI output. This seems important as many of these mini pc's are used in conjuction with a TV HDMI input.

From what I've found, the only fix is to reinstall everything from Beelink. I'm open to this, but is there a way to continue getting Windows updates but make it so the audio driver doesn't get lost again?
If someone has a fix, please let me know.

I am having the same problem with my U59 Pro. The audio jack does not work. The sound driver is listed at 'KT USB Audio'. Please send me the audio driver file also.

I have a mini S - the sound used to work fine - now is very very bad. Especially when captured in zoom through hdmi to usb converter. However, it doesn't play youtube audio through headset either.

Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:

1.Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the playback setting.

Would it be possible to send myself the audio drivers for the U59, SN B5105EH81021. Audio working one day the next no audio. Thank you.
