Ser6 Pro Bios iGPU memory not matching Windows 11

I recently ran some software updates on my Ser6 Pro 7735 and now my BIOS setting of 8gb video memory isn't matched in Windows 11. AMD Adrenaline Software and Windows 11 are only showing 4gb. Has anyone else had this happen? I noticed someone on Redditalso is having the same issue, but I haven't seen a fix yet.

My specs are the Ser6 Pro 7735hs with 32gb RAM and upgraded 2TB Nvme.

I may have this same issue... I used AMD Adrenaline 'memory optimize' for Gaming and it gaming seems worse than before. I'm going to see if I can revert back and get Win11 to see all 8GB of RAM

I sent the picture of the serial number to support per your instructions weeks ago, but no one from support ever responded. I'm attaching the image here of my serial. Any help would be appreciated. It still shows up as 4gb video RAM even after a fresh Windows 11 install and even after I change it to 8gb in the Beelink BIOS.

hello, your bios version is the newest, how about you try to unplug the bios battery for 1-2 hours and then plug it back to see if that could work. thanks

You've responded that I have the most recent firmware, but I need to know how to fix this video ram error. I assign 8gb in the BIOS, it only shows 4gb in Windows 11. I've tried a clean install of windows. That didn't work. I've tried a clean install of the AMD drivers provided by beelink as well as a clean AMD software install direct from AMD, neither fixed the issue. Please help.
