Bought the new machine and on my second day of using it, within 4 hours the machine randomly rebooted and now I do not see the Wi-Fi anymore. It looks like the system is not seeing the Wi-Fi card anymore and most likely it has gone bad.

I got the new machine delivered from Amazon about a week ago and it does not give me much confidence in its quality now. Anyone have had a similar experience?

Otherwise loved the machine!

I'm having the exact same issue.  Can I also send my information to the same email address and get it addressed or could you post the solution/answer here in the forum?

If the wifi card is broken, can induce errors in pci-e lanes and make computer reboot. See if it works fine if you take it out. You can wait for a replacement from Beelink or buy a similar one yourself. You can also test RAM modules, they can make a lot of weird errors if are broken. PCI-E lanes and memory are controlled by the CPU.

I tried reseating the card as suggested by the support. It again happened after 2 days. Then I tried to switch off the computer, take the power cord out and waited for sometime. It seemed to have fixed it. It again happened after one day. So I tried restoring the new OS as suggested by supported. Now the computer is unusable as it seems to have screwed up the BIOS and I cannot even boot from the usb...

Hello, I got my replacement from Amazon Friday of last week, I set it all up and wifi was working perfectly when I shut it down.  I brought it with me to work and turned it on and it's got the exact same problem as my first one.  The wifi is simply gone and doesn't even so much as show up in the device manager.

I sent an email to the support email you have provided but I've not yet gotten any response.  How long does a response generally take, because I find it very ridiculous that I have a brand new item and had to replace it just for the replacement to do the EXACT same thing.

I've had the same trouble.

Solution 1: remove and insert thw wi-fi card.
or
Solution 2: Clear CMOS
