Hi, I bought a Mini S 12 and I need to reinstall Windos.


Where I can find the files to reinstall and the activation key?

If you can confirm your machine is Minis12, you can reinstall this system.
Also, you can email us and send us the photo of SN on the bottom of your pc, so that we can help you confirm the model of your pc.

Hi @tuiguang16, thank you for your reply.

I used the files that you sent and almost everything went well, except the wifi which is not working.

In the device manager it says teh drivers are not installed as you can see in the attached images.

I already tried to update the driver as the Windows instructions says but with no luck.

Can you help me with that?

I found the driver and fixed it by searching for "intel wi-fi 6 ax101 driver" on Google and downloading the driver directly from Intel website.

It seems to be working

Hey.
I don't 'Bee-Lieve' they give out KC/s anymore. I have a Mini S 12 Pro and when I plugged it in & connected to web, My Microsoft Account reg'd to me and it lists as a device on my account.
Sooo... should I have to reinstall; it will be same deal.
No more Kc or Pc req'd. Must have a MS account now..
