I was writing my reply and just before posting it the gtr7 had a reboot !! No gaming No video No you ...

Actually in my experience not having much activity would likely trigger the reboot

The problem is the system going into CPU deep idle C6 state (no power) which would save its state in RAM but then the RAM is also dynamically power off, when the CPU wakes can not access its saved state and reboots system.

Not sure if the problem will be patched in the CPU via BIOS CPU microcode update (which only AMD and AMI can provide) or by disabling RAM dynamically being power off, either one will work, also disabling going into C6 CPU idle state (but that would increase power consumption and generate more heat)

But only if Beelink BIOS engineers are aware of the problem which I'm afraid are probably not.

One thing I noticed I normaly have the reboots and crashes when I leave my mouse/keyboard idle, like reading something, watching video and so on.  It looks like it might be related to power management even though I disabled all sleep/hibernation settings from Windows and BIOS.

I've using PowerToys Awake functionality (Mode = keep awake indefinitely) for two days now and no reboots so far. Can some of you try it too? It seems to have a positive effect here. I'll keep you posted.

Still no response from beelink .. they are not even replying to my emails

My unit is ueseless and  ...

Yes a topic further down yesturday someone discovered 64gb ram and a different ssd and issue went away.

I think this isn't a solution but a path to understand why some are and some are not seeing any issues.

I've had no issue on my 7840HS so far but I've not benchmarked it only played ratchet & clank which hardly uses cpu and isn't ram heavy but it is gpu intensive.

My theory is one of three solutions, remove the memory and ssd and boot up reset the cmos bios and then reinsert the memory and ssd boot into windows safe mode first then reboot into windows as normal.

earlier people were talking about a bios setting which should be made available after booting into linux and changing power profiles this resolved the problem whilst in linux. beelink said they were working on adding this into a future update then stopped and just relied on amd to release a fix, what happened to this solution and did it continue to work in linux we dont know.

another solution is system mechanic i use memory defrag it clears memory alongside MemTest86

/can-random-reboots-no-bsod-be-caused-by-bad-ram.228850 google that for information it might be the same solution.

Since so far I have not seen any issue I can not do this myself but I am trying to get to the bottom of this myself so if I faced it I am ready.

I'm curious: Is it happening that often regardless of what the machine is doing? Or is it only after 30 minutes of intense gaming or video work or something like that?

It's so odd that my GTR7 Pro never does that. Have you tried disabling sleep in the OS or suspend-to-RAM in the BIOS?

Can someone that has the latest V21 BIOS for the GTR7 Pro be kind and post the link for it here? And any instructions that the Beelink support gave you.
The support email is not replying anything for the past week...
