SER5 Pro 5800H/32GB - DP and HDMI???

Mine just arrived. Was expecting 2*HDMI but got one HDMI and one DP.

Is this an old model or something I got from Amazon??? Wanted 2*HDMI.

The original version of SER5800 has two HDMI ports, but it was upgraded later, the current 5800 is almost a machine with a DP port, and the machine with a DP port is a new version, so you may receive two HDMI ports versionor the machine with DP port. May I ask where you bought it?

I have received this week the same model of Ser5 Pro (1xHDMI + 1xDP) from Amazon Spain.
@beelink What differences does it have with the "previous" model apart from the 2xHDMI or HDMI+DP? On the official beelink website it is still shown in the Ser5 Pro model features that it has 2 HDMI.

They are the same, I wish my SER6 Pro 7735 had DP, it would've been easier for me :). They also made the SER6 Pro with DP+HDMI, newer versions.

1 have 2 SER5 5500u pcs. 1 has 2 HDMI the other 1 HDMI and 1 DP. both bought with in a month of each other. Both serve me well for my needs.

pls try to use dp 1.4 cable to see if that could work, thanks

iam also having the same problem i bought a hdmi 1.4 to dp 1.2 converter and it did not work..i havent bought the hdmi 1.4 to dp 1.4 yet...if you bought it and it works or you figured out another way to make the dp port work please let me know

If the DP port is 1.4 Version, please buy an active DP1.4 to HMDI2.1 cable , not hdmi 1.4 to dp 1.2
