GTR7 Restart during game

I used the newly bought GTR7 for both working and gaming.

For working purpose, it was so far so good.
However, when I used it for gaming and video editing, it tends to get restart out of a sudden. This is even obvious when playing game where it can happen as early as first 10 minutes of playing. Video editing is much better, so far it only happened once. I am not sure if this is becuase of overheating?

Check RAM temperature, critical is 95C, but >80 is bad

I have dota crashes cause access violation (directx, no crashes at vulkan), increase UMA size to 4-8 gb helps to stop dota crashes. I hope AMD fixes this with new official drivers.

If restarts are consistent try removing one of the RAM modules and see what happens, thnks

Hi.

Just played a few rounds. Notice the ram temperature raised even more during playback (Asphalt 9). The machine didn't restart, anyway. Maybe I didn't really play hard.

Wait until you see what I do for cooling, I have not used my GTR7 yet but I come prepared for toasty hot summers.

I have many external usb fans that are all intended for pc use not standard laptop cooling pads special ones.

I have a laser cut bottom and dust filter sheets ready and feet too this is going to be a fun weekend.

tinker before play is my fun time.

But I just wonder 91Deg C is okay for RAM? I search around from the internet, seem the 'normal' temperature for RAM should be around 70C plus. Or I worry too much? (91C is still not the max that I could go, I just stop doing the game playback to avoid it go even further).

with the modifcation that I've peformed if my system got to say 95c it should result in 80<c the base plate I got made arrived yesturday and the screws I needed should arrive tomorrow.
