    GTR6 Won't Start

    I noticed a lot of forum threads report this problem. Just want to know, any solutions?

    My model is barebones. My display works normally, when I recived pc, I started it normally twice. The first time I installed the RAM and SSD to start the installation system. The second time was based on the response from Taobao customer service. I worked hard for a long time and finally started the system and installed the driver. Then the driver required restart, and after this time, it never started again.

    Hello there,

    Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

    I don’t have other device support DDR5, so I can’t test my RAM, but I tried just keep one to open the PC, not working.

    Hello!!
    I sent mine to you at the beginning of June for the same problem, identical.
    I think there is possibly some design flaw or similar that they are trying to figure out. I thought I was just unlucky but if more devices are showing up with this defect, then there is something wrong with this model.
    Since 10/6 mine arrived at the address I was given, I still do not have a date for delivery/receipt of the replacement.
    I hope it will be solved soon and they can send us a new device free of this problem.
