EQ12 Mini - Add ssd not recognised

Hi,
Firstly....great job on this product....it's awesome.

I installed a Crucial MX500 2TB ssd, however it doesn't recognise it.
Are there extra steps or is this drive not compatible?

If not compatible, please provide model and brand that will definately work.

You must go into disk management in Windows and format the drive before windows can see it.

Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC
① Please change the partition format to MBR.
②Please check if the SATA cable is fine or not.
