5800 microphone not working

I just received my 5800H and I am trying to make internet calls but the microphone is not working. The drive is up to date and the gain volume adjusted to 100%. It's so annoying. It's supposed to be a brand-new PC. Any solution or should I issue a return through Amazon?

① Please go to setting--troubleshooters--other trouble shooters--microphone--run
② Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
