I bought 1 GTR6 and exchanged the warranty once but Beelink didn't fix the problem and still had the old problem. Now I have solved the problem myself.

Cause: Poor quality 2nd fan - Beelink used a cheap brush fan rather than a standard brushless fan. When the brush fan is running, it will generate noise to the IO controller (mouse, keyboard use usb or usb receiver).

Now I have removed this fan from the system and everything works fine but my SSD temperature is too high so I think I will have to buy a better fan or beelink send me another fan instead so higher quality.

I replaced the bottom fan with Noctua NF-A4x10 5V PWM fan last week and I'm happy to report that it indeed solved the EMI issue.
The pinout of Noctua fan is the same as pinout of the fan that beelink is using, but it's different connector, so some minor soldering is required:

GND
+5VDC
tach output from the fan
PWM input to the fan

The Noctua NF-A4x10 fan is square-shaped and 10 mm thick, so you will not be able to bolt it down to the plastic plate. I just cut the square-shaped opening in the plastic plate and glued the fan to it. I used the same airflow direction as with the original fan, but it can be easily reversed if needed.

The PWM coming from the board is constant 50% duty cycle, so fan is running at half the speed. If you don't connect the PWM line, then Noctua NF-A4x10 fan will run at twice the speed instead (100% duty cycle).
Tach output can be left disconnected too, and I didn't find any way to monitor the fan speed via software. So in a nutshell all you need to wire up is just GND and +5VDC lines, and that also means that you can use any 5VDC fan.

Wow, what a great find! I was wondering why my mouse was laggy on GTR7 when game was running at 190+ FPS when using ethernet connection on a pretty fat fiber optic uplink. I don't play games normally, but that lag was too hard not to notice and was very puzzling.
Beelink, can you mail me a brushless fan as a replacement?

I have the GTR 7 Pro with the same issues, the fan is really interfering with wireless devices, I have a wirless All-in-1 media keyboard and another wireless mouse both are lagging, it drove me crazy. Also affecting the Bluetooth range of all my Bluetooth devices (Xbox controllers, PS5 control & Bluetooth mouse). The USB ports in the back is less affected by these problems because the ports are farther from the fan but its still a problem in high loads.

We hope Beelink can investigate these fan problems, and if there is a fix of that, maybe by replacing the fans or provide a good quality brushless fans to buy, but it will be a difficult job to do for most customers, because its glued to the plastic divider.

I have a few brushless fans I can try to fit, does anyone know the pinout for the fan connector in GTR7/GTR6?
support, if you are reading this, please publish the fan connector pinout.
Thanks,

Well, I got curious and disassembled the original fan from my GTR7. To keep the record straight, there were no brushes, so it's a brushless design.

They keep the fan at a constant PWM? That's really weird, I wonder why not just let it have a fan curve like everything else...

Can you post some pics of the dissasembled bottom fan of the GTR7? I am kinda curious.

Sorry, the old fan went out with the garbage already, and I didn't bother to take any pictures of its internals before it was gone.
