Could you please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC ?
Please go to BIOS and send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if this item model's Type C support video or not.

HDMI of SEI8279 is 1.4 so it doesn't support 3440*1440 @60Hz.
Could you please send us a picture of the SN ? We need the whole SN so that we can check if the TYPE C can support video or not.
