Ser6 pro 1.13 bios update

I have the ser6 pro and still have bios 1.11, could I please get the 1.13 version?

Take a picture of the back of your device so that serial no. is visible, open a support ticket by clicking on the 'Support' link at the top of the page (and then using the appropriate link from there, and make sure that you attach the photo.

Hi Support-03

As there was no response to the support ticket I email instead and got a reply indicating that there is a new version of the BIOS in the offing (in a few days time...and that was some 4 days ago now) and asking me to wait...which I am doing.

I just hope that it comes out soon.

Hello Baldrick, did you finally get the new BIOS?

I was waiting for it to be on beelink website to download but the only BIOS published is from January 14th and it the 1.11 version and it's been almost one month since they asked you to wait.

Yes & No, I did get something but all that was updated the EC to 1.15.1 but left the BIOS as 1.11. I queried this with Support but so far all I have got back from them is that I have the latest release...which is at odds with what I have read elsewhere on this forum.

Strange...perhaps Support-03 can enlighten us?

Thanks for you reply Baldrick, I requested by support ticket and then by email and they replyed with what I believe is the same version you got, because now my computer has EC FW Version 1.15.01 but BIOS Version still is 1.11. I looked for the option to change the power from 35 W to 45 W and is still not visible. At this moment that is not an urgent issue to me, I will see if the high temps are gone with the new EC FW Version

Please download it and then unzip it . Double click the .exe file to start flashing.
