Hello,

My PC came today and I noticed very bad temps on CPU, when those temps were appearing Windows Update was installing updates, I was installing software in parallel. After all software was installed and with a game that doesn't consume many resources in background (Twelve Sky 2 Classic), system temps are the same. I'm very afraid that if I run this 24/7 for 1 year it will die out. Please advise, these temps are troubling me.

Beelink stop selling SER6 PRO because of heat problem and they release this SER6 Pro Plus 7735HS...
...

You know, I watched ETA Prime's review of 7735HS version and never went past 74C in gaming testing. Mine with that software started, stays permanently at 90-92C, I had to disable PBO (performance boost) and I run it at default frequency to have normal temps. My unit is either factory defective, or has a bugged bios that pumps voltages higher than normal, also it is possible that thermal compound is badly applied or not at all, or cooling system is defective. Either way, my unit is far from specifications (max 75C during heavy gaming). I'm very disappointed about this, I opted for Beelink mini pc because all my friends told me they are top quality, but it seems that they are plagued by problems like the rest. Also this unit costed me a huge deal of money, I had to pay extra taxes for shipping in Romania 136 euro extra than the listed price (customs taxes and VAT). I hope they will solve my problem, by providing a modified bios, or I will return it and opt for money back and buy from another company.

Hello guys,

I received latest BIOS from Support (opened ticket on site).

Before: Ver. 1.11 EC FW: 1.13 release date: 21.12.2022
Now: Ver. 1.13 EC FW: 1.15.01 release date: 21.02.2023

Changes:
- now in bios I can set CPU to 35W or 45W (I set it at 45W), this was locked before.
- temps are waaaay better (74-79C) with my usage posted in 1st reply (from 88-92C).
- the vent is spinning now, I can hear it clearly, also when usage is high it spins with increased velocity, compared to before, when I was barely hearing it even at 92.9C

I strongly advise, if you have my problem to contact support they helped my case and solved my problem, this bios corrected all bugs.

Have a nice day and thanks Beelink, now I have a powerful machine that works as it should :).

I'm seeing the same issues with my SER6 7735 HS. I've contacted support and have not received any response...not sure what to do.

Not seeing the new BIOS update on their support page.

I can provide you with the bios link in private message, but best is to talk to them, based on S/N of your machine. If you brick your pc with the bios I flashed I wouldn't forgive myself ever.
