Reboot the computer and hit the Del key during POST. If your screen goes black - turn your monitor / tv off and on (not the pc).

You can change another keyboard or reset the CMOS.
There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable, then turn it on to check whether it can be used normally.
