SEI12 No Auto Power-On

I cannot find an option to set Auto-Power-On in the BIOS. I have tried the Power & Perfomance options, Chipset options, and Boot options, and there is no option to enable Auto Power-On.

The model number is SEI12-A-12600VK0W64PRO
