GTR6 Fan Noise Problem

I've recently purchased GTR6 and I'm so satisfied with this purchase except for the sound of the fan which is so loud and works all the time even when no apps open at all. Is there a fix to this problem? I've attached the Serial Number of my GTR6 pc.

Yeah they need to be transparent with these issues.
Great systems but support isn't great.
I don't accept the lame response they gave you.

my gtr6 fan doesn't cool enough, it's very quiet 25 minutes later, gtr 6 starts to hang, I turn it off and wait for it to cool down and it gets better but when it gets hot it repeats

As I mentioned, I think the truth is, due to the system size and need to cool the components, I suspect the noise from the fans is something we just need to live with. I wear headphones, so it's not really an issue and I'm used to this kind of sound anyway, having run systems for many years.

I don't know though, as we've had no real input from Beelink here.

I agree with you - "horrible policy" ...

We don't share it in website is because someone may use it inproperly,that will hurt the machine and become a brick.
There are many bios versions.

Can Beelink support add this BIOS update to the downloads page? Having the same problem with the fan coming on for 10 seconds every 15 seconds even though the CPU shows 22C and there is no load on the CPU. No reason for the fan to be running so much!

I think all units are the same.
The fan appears to be continual, probably due to the system size and insufficient passive cooling.

I need the updated BIOS too, my fan noise is driven me crazy. Where I can download the file? All pages on the beelink site related with supoort are return 403 error.
