I like the system I bought, but seriously, these forums need sorting out.
It is so antiquated and useless.
There is no search function and you have allowed spambots to litter the place with nonsense.
Please sort your after sales support out.

Yes, I agree.  this is a waste of my time.   It is worth paying more from a vendor that cares more.

I bought beelink 5600H which I think is good but after trying to request for a new bios update I can't recomend beelink anymore. Minisforum much better

No kidding! I just spent five minutes trying to find SEARCH. A support forum without SEARCH?!?!? WTH That's pretty worthless.

But, I was more than a little dispointed when I asked a rather technical question about installing win7 and they deleted it.

THAT is not how you keep your customers happy.

You can't install Windows 7 on it. The CPU doesn't support the OS and the OS does not support the CPU. There's a hack but can load your machine with viruses. China is suffering badly from COVID. I get the feeling a lot of this companies staff are trying to stay safe. Plus it's the New Year and the Chinese get pretty serious about celebrations.

Windows 7 is End Of Life.  No new security patches, haven't been any in a few years... not a good or safe idea.  Heck, at this point, Windows 10 will also be EOL in a couple of years...
So I am using ExplorerPatcher with Windows 11 to alleviate some of its worst 'features'.  
And yea, this forum blows, the layout.  Hard to find anything, came here to find info on the lousy wireless my SER4 4700 has... A wifi 6 USB dongle does a better job than the crappy '6e' M.2 one... oh well.  Thankfully it's otherwise a nice little miniPC and as I work in IT I can fix Windows.  
But yea, stay away from Win7 and 8- EOL.  Migrate off of 10 before it's EOL.

The mobile version of the site had a functioning search, but regiatration seemed broken on the mobile site.

This company enjoys unabated sales on Amazon and claims to have 24/7 support. The problem is they sell defective computers and offer zero support. It is a shame, they won't be on Amazon much longer at the rate they are going. I know the anger and frustration is mounting and Amazon wont keep a company that can't support it's own products (for very long) before they kick them off Amazon.
