SER5 5600U only seeing 6 threads, not 12

I know that the Ryzen 5 5560U supports SMT, but my SER5 5600U is showing only 6 and I can't find any place in the BIOS to enable AMD SMT. If I'm missing it can anyone tell me where?

Also, is there any fan control in the BIOS? My fan never seems to ramp up very much at all.

The fan not ramping up much is a good thing It means its cooling is handled well well with just the heat sink I have the same mini pc the only time i here the fan is when it first posts this quick spinup is just to let the sytem know its working you can here the fan if you put your ear right on top of it. I would of like to have seen cleanable dust filters on it because over time dust will accumulate forcing a disassemble and a cleaning of the fan.
