When I received the PC, the Auto Power On setting was already set correctly in BIOS, just like it appears in the tutorial link, but it was not working. If I cut the power, I must hit the power button to turn it back on. So I flashed the IB1_V0.04(auto) firmware for the SEI 1005G1 model, which is the model I have. Auto Power On still does not work. Also, if I do a normal shutdown in Windows, the only way to turn it back on is to unplug from power, plug in again, and hit the power button. It's even worse than having no auto-on, I have to do 3 things to turn it on! |
