Hi all,
I think it would be wise for Beelink to make the GT-King Pro compatible with Armbian, this would give it a certain advantage over the competition (a real advantage for future buyers) and a much greater potential for use ...
Notice to the developer at Beelink ...
Thank you all for validating this request by a message.

Hi @JFL and @darkstar

Yes, it's running stable. I launch the script for yunohost installation witho ...

I tested on Wifi6 version, will check it on normal version and GTKing.
At first boot is stuck after second or third boot it worked normally.

Ophubs fstab file is little bit weird you need to modify-change /etc/fstab file to mount boot partition properly.
root@HP-250-G7:~# cat /mnt/loop1/etc/fstab
/dev/root       /       ext4    defaults,noatime,errors=remount-ro  0 1
LABEL=BOOT      /boot   vfat    defaults                            0 0
tmpfs           /tmp    tmpfs   defaults,nosuid                     0 0
I will modify and share new fstab on weekend.

Big big thank to @jfl
So I can boot with uboot.ext and gtking-pro.dtb from debian 5.10 @darkstar
and there is no freeze, I was able to restore my Yunohost server backups, it works !! Only small problem I lose the hdmi signal during startup (probably linked to Panfrost, I had the same problem with manjaro that I solved by adding I do not really know what in / etc / environment)
The server is running is accessible in LAN and WAN I am very happy I will make a return after having tested a little more in depth .. But I was able to reinstall Nextcloud, Jellyfin, Rainloop, Yeswiki, Wallabag, Webmin without any problem ..
I noticed during the various restorations that the cpu very often remained at its minimum value whether in Ondemand or in Schedutil, I therefore set in schedutil between 1500Mhz and 1800Mhz, another small detail I boot on USB OTG but I I also have my keyboard / mouse connected to one of the other USB ports.
All this seems very promising ...

Yes, I will be great if Beelink also work with Armbian Linux to have Beelink GT King and GT King Pro be officially supported by Armbian Linux.

Hello and thank you @JFL , @darkstar
Indeed Armbian is based on Debian but it is specifically adapted for Single board computer, that's why I think more about this kind of OS, but maybe you could do us a special GT-King build => https: / /github.com/armbian/build <=
Otherwise I'm interested in your Debian version for GT-King Pro, where can I download it there ..?
Thanks again, but I'm also expecting news from @beelink on this subject.

Hi, this morning I tested the debian made by @darkstar
so I downloaded the two files,
flashed with Balena Etcher on a 32G USB key,
then I extracted the archive in the / boot folder
connected to the usb otg from my gt-king pro, I start up and no nothing happens ... I restart with my SD card with Coreelec, no problem but nothing with my USB key ..
I missed a few things ..?
Thank.
Edit : I specify that for the moment the box is flashed with a ROM taken from freaktab => Spartan Rom maybe that the problem comes from there anyway I can start on my Coreelec SD card so I imagine that on the 'USB it must be able to work too, I will try to start all over again "download and flash again" ...
Re-Edit : I find my error => extract archive to boot partition..! SORRY, this boot partition wasn't mount and I extract on the wrong place.. I test Debian..! Thank again..

A huge thank you @Darkstar for the debian for GT-King, installed as explained even if you have to be careful because when I extracted the archive in the boot partition it had me create a folder instead of copying the files directly at the root of the boot partition.
I did the manipulations to get the sound and everything is OK ..
I am now starting to set up my web server at home (nextcloud, jellyfin, rainloop, ..) thanks to Yunohost it will create a specific web-server OS automatically with a whole bunch of applications available, https://yunohost.org/fr/install/hardware:arm_sup
Just type in terminal "sudo curl https://install.yunohost.org | bash" and let do the install process..
Again a new use for my gt-king pro!
Boot on Emmc = Android TV by Spartan ROM
boot on SD-Card = Coreelec (Kodi OS)
Boot on USB = Yunohost (Web-server with nextcloud, jellyfin, ...)
Thanks again

Hello, well finally I can not set up Yunohost I have a problem restoring my web server because of an operation not allowed with Iptables .. I am not expert enough to understand what it happens however the yunohost is made to install on a debian buster ... But I imagine that it comes again and always from a problem in the damn .dtb
This is why I come back to my initial request @Beelink can you build Armbian certified for the GT-King Pro and of course GT-King ..
Or at least provide us with the appropriate gt-king_pro.dtb ..
Please thank you..

Beelink doesn't support Linux officially, they are in cooperation with manjaro arm.
You can try Manjaro compiled by @spikerguy
