GS1 audio issues

Hi guys,

I have a GS1 TV box that is having issues with the speech/middle speaker having no audio whilst playing films and other content.

Is there a hot fix for this or can you suggest a media player to install that can overcome this issue?

Have read about an issue with the HDMI ect.

What can we do to resolve this?
