Internal HDD controller troubles

Using Fedora 31 and an internal hdd almost everthing went smooth for weeks; the only extra bit of configuration was to disable HDD spindown, as it was TOO AGGRESSIVE, and it risked to break my HDD.Then I switched to windows 10, and from the first moment the internal drive never worked well.

Windows system log is full of: "The IO operation at logical block address 0x74706d8f for Disk 1 (PDO name: \Device\0000002c) was retried."
The disk spins down super fast after every I/O operation, that is very dangerous for the disk
