Hi Bee-link,

can you please update us, whether you plan to release 64-Bit version of Android?

This box is quite powerful for emulation, but it is unusual to have 32-bit OS on 64-bit HW and it limits using it for some emulators.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

With 4GB RAM we don't really need 64 bit OS. I will be very happy if all reported issues or asked  features will be resolved for 32 bit !

I don't really agree. If using of some apps is limited to 64-bit OS, then we need it.

Apart from this + possibility to easily unroot + slower ethernet, I do not have any other problem with this box.

All of this can fix future updates, if Beeling will want to fix it.

I think Beelink want to fix (who does not want the prestige of being a good company) but he can't because he doesn't know how.

I wouldn't underestimate them. They are not new company.

They got Android from Google as every manufacturer, not modified.

They do all the modifications, so unroot is perfectly possible.

I am more concern, if choice of 64-bit or 32-bit OS is not bound to license.

Then it might be an issue.

Maybe if Beelink would answer, we could know more.

It would be much worse for you if you overestimated them. I don't think you have to give yourself too much hope regarding Beelink's knowledge. Other company, who launched his s922x boxes after Beelink , managed to solves almost all the reported issue and a lot of requirements from his customers. I buy my Beelink box with  904P0 firmware, he OTA pushed a lot of updates to 906P0 (i'm sure not just 2) and almost nothing was happened/resolved.

What I really meant is that they can fix it all, if they would want, but it is usually not the case.
In these days companies create new products so fast with only little changes and then they focus on the newest one.
But will see, it is still relatively new product and planned dual-boot with CoreElec is good step forward.

At least something.

But the main problem is that Google should stop support 32bit apps on play store very soon and after that you'll be on place without the sun and also actual build has very old security patches.
