Feature request - Screen Positioning

Is it possible to implement screen positioning?
Zoom in/out is not centered on my screen, so there is a blank area on the left side and the bottom, but it is very close to the top edge so I can see the status bar.

It would be very convenient to have a setting where you define the upper left and lower right corner instead of zoom feature.

I am still requesting this feature... screen zoom is not centered on the screen, so I have black bars on 2 sides, while the other two sides just barely make it into view.
