problem with Youtube apps screen flickering

Hi guys
When i tried to watch youtube, anything above 720p, the screen start flickering and scramble the whole screen then the device restart by itself.. This problem drive me nuts.  After 2 hours of testing, I have to set the device to 420p so i can watch youtube, i want to enjoy  youtube at least 1080p, not 420p... I didn't install any third party apps such has Microg etc...


i hope Beelink could fix this problem..

mine is OK even with latest FW or previous FWs too

I guess first time Default come with 720p(mine it was 720p)than I'v changed res.to 1080p
and its OK both resolution+smooth play

Note;my TV "FHD"(1080) instead UHD(4K)

Therefore whats is your Internet Speed???
if less then 20/25Mb default YT res. even lower then 720!!

my tv is 4k hdr support and my internet is 500mbps.. speed test on gt-king is about 350mbps

the speed is not the problem ..

i just bought gt-king 2 days ago, i didn't upgrade to the latest firmware yet...

Try OTA update. There  is smth Youtube related it this update. I think it should fix your issue.

YT working;with all 3 FW is OK(I'v tested all FWs)

Just such one different that mine panel is FHD(1080) and my Net-Speed 35Mb
so I always got(Default) 720p and than I'll change my res. to 1080p

BTW tested most of files SD/HD/UHD and all plays without any issue

For UHD panels;keep in mind that you should be change HDMI-output to 2160 !!
Some panels support only 2 porst(example 3 and 4 or 1 and 2) or even all-4 ports

Seems that your Net-Speed very good and high so there is no any speed issue!

I updated my s922x to latest version, but youtube problem remain the same..
i will return this box and get another one..

You can download the youtube program in APPmarket and we have optimized this problem.

well I'v also similar issue such as

Tricky;when you open/start YT than immy check yr video Quality!!!

So if you see garbled/flicked etc., issue then use click back than open another
video or same video then you will see that there is no any issue its gone

well its in fact this is an issue but not bothering me!

Mine YT version(Default);14.24.57

But I'v already installed another version of YT too
this YT version is 2.06.06 and this version without any issue too!!

You can install it YT 2.06.06 from;Search GOOGLE for ""Youtube For Android TV""

Seems that this version more proper and usefull for me

If you are going to another Box then its OK but which one!
All those Boxes with a lot of FW issues+HW issues and so on!

If you can find it pls tell me which Box!

i just bought another gt king box s922x..it arrives today.. all the firmware has been up to date ..i returned my previous s922x..

okay..now my quality can increase up to 720p instead 420p, watching youtube without problem with 720p, anything go beyond 1080p, the screen start  flickering..  

there is something wrong with this box and youtube app....the funny thing is, this problem isn't happening in the chrome app.  

my h96 max rk3399 is much better than this box..i can watch youtube up to 2160p without problem....

to: bee-link admin, i never use appmarket before..did you mean i have to install aptoide first?? then youtube apps?...

the funny thing is newpipe apps work flawless without any issue...

cool, i installed YT 2.06.06 from GOOGLE for ""Youtube For Android TV"" and it work, the only down size is too many ads,  i rather use ogyoutube with no ads with low quality 480p...
