Can the network cable be plugged into other devices for normal use? Is there a network on the network cable? Try to switch the network cable to another port.
yes there is an issue for "Ethernet cable" connection>>>>
1-mine King Box have FW latest(27/5);keep in mind what my box react
sometimes(not mostly) Ethernet worked BUT if you check Settings and seems that
its "Not Connected!!! than checking PlayStore or any other internet sites or IPTV etc.,
seems that Box is connected.... and worked over Ethernet connection:(
After couple of minutes than you see that "Ethernet Connected":)
Seems that first couple minutes you will see that "Not connected"
but in fact you were connected!
2-For WiFi connection;2.4/5G function always worked no any issue

Trick;
-connect your Ethernet cable
-open Settings;tap Network&Internet
-open Wi-Fi function
-than you will see that your Box already "Ethernet" section;Connected>>>if you see upper right corner;you will see <...>
-after this turn Off Wi-Fi function
-press back than you will see that "Ethernet Connected"
So seems that there is a BUG over there for definition of the these functions behaviour!
Note;for Ethernet Connection;do the above tricky way then you will get connected by Ethernet
Thanks for the replies.Other devices work ok on the ethernet cable but not the tv box? Inputted a static ip which shown ethernet as connected but no internet connection.At the ethernet port on the tv box the green light is on and the amber light is flashing?
Please try to cancel the self-enter static ip and DNS, let the machine generate automatically, it may be that the static ip and DNS you entered are incorrect, so the machine can not recognize
Cleared static ip address. Selecting DHCP doesnt do anything with the ethernet , but will work for the wifi connection??
Have tested other devices with the ethernet connection and have no problems with them???
Done factory reset.My firmware is dated 8th may 2019,there is another firmware dated 27th may 2019 would that be advisable to install?
Yes, you can try to install the latest firmware to solve this problem. If updating the firmware still can't solve the problem, it may be that the Ethernet network port is not properly soldered, please contact the seller to return.
