The latest is Firmware version: Build number 711N1

System: Android version 7.1.0

and It should be Android version 7.1.2

Which happens that you already with the latest firmware version. Now if you haven't already, download the LightHome APK for the GT1 models to fix possible LightHome crashes and supposedly fixes Weather widget to have it pull weather again.

So I installed the USB Burning Tool and downloaded the image file.
I run the burning tool as admin and then change to English for the language.
Click on FILE to import the image file and absolutely nothing happens.

I'm becoming quite frustrated.

Please follow the strict tutorial to operate, or re-download the firmware, there may be problems with the firmware being damaged at the time of download.
