hi, after returning to factory settings the windows stopped walking. there are no system applications, no intention to open settings, Windows updates, screen problems. I think I need drivers and a new window, please help. Miroslaw

I did that to see if it solves my problem of the power button (It's already published here), and the same thing happened to me as you say; the only solution I had was to reinstall the system from a USB, that solved it but not the problem of the power button, that continues the same, I hope it serves you.
