Freeze/hang after each startup for about a minute or longer and sporadic restart

Hello,

My GT1 Ultimate freezes/hangs after startup for a minute or longer . After starting up, when the launcher desktop shows up, the box is responsive for maybe 30 seconds and then it freezes/hangs. When it freezes, I cannot click on anything for a minute or longer and after that, it usually unfreezes itself and it becomes responsive again. During the freeze, when I use original TV remote nothing happens on the screen when pressing buttons, when I use air mouse I have connected to the box, only cursor moves on the screen but I cannot click on anything.

Additionally, sometimes after it unfreezes itself, it restarts. The freezing happens every single time now. Restarts after unfreezing happens 3 times ot 10 startups.

I tried factory reset by pressing the reset button on the box, going to recovery menu and erasing all device data. It didn't help.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

when you say any suggestion, here are some idea to debug, it might sound silly. :lol
1. try another power adapter, the original power adapter could be broken, or plug to another wall plug
2. direct a fan to it to see whether is it heat issue
3. load other firmware from Magendanz or superceleron
