Beelink, my box is 2G/16G (not Ultimate) and got update notice, now I got Your system was damaged, wireless update is disabled.  I tried to flash back to 111M0 which is what is showing up as current firmware.   Need fix, thanks.

You all who experiencing ' Your system was damaged ... ' message. Do you remember installing anything like SuperSU or SuperUser or similar alternatives that messes with the root environment?

I'm on GT1_111M0 (GT1 standard S912,  q201_9377-ota-20170227) and tried to install OTA update from yesterday (MHC19J.20170523.112752 test-keys) result was the same - "Your system was damaged, wireless update is disabled".

No superSU...

No problem for me I can restore my GT to 111 version from TWRP backup, it's info for other users...

The other cause if you've made changes to system files. The typical system file change is the alteration to the build.prop file to apply the dark video fix. This alone is enough to cause such experiences with the OTA failing. Either undo any and all changes to the build.prop file or restore the original version before ever doing the OTA.

Uninstall of SuperSU has been done from within the app first, re-boot, then even uninstall the app. Clear the System Update data and try again. If you've made any changes to the system file build.prop .. like to apply the dark video fix, you'll need to undo EXACTLY the change or changes.
