In case of power failure, my BT3 stay off and I can't configure it to auto start after power failure.
Is it possible?

I know, this "little box" is to be used at home,
but I have idea to use them for control info-terminals on public places - so with blocked access to power button - in case of power failer they should start automaticaly.

Hi
I have the same need. However I want to use it at home.
I am eager to do it even if I have to solder two points in the motherboard.
Is it possible?
Thanks

BIOS v16 64bit has an option like "Start when power is plugged" which does exactly what you want to do. As soon as power is applied to the MiniPC it starts and boots. I'm using it on a couple of headless linux servers built on top of the BT3 and Z83

daniviga,
when you walk around my places, come to a pint of beer, Iowe you!:handshake

Auto start works fine on v16 64bit Bios + Win10 64bit Enterprise.

Win10 isinstalled with classic way, not with BT3 image, so some 64 bit drivers need to be found all around
Some 64bitAcpi drivers can be installed with "Intel Dynamic Platform and ThermalFramework" (look to Dell M3800 support), but first finish complete WindowsUpdate.

The new 0.16 BIOS supports powering on when power is applied. However this is available only for 64bit OS.

In another thread we asked Beelink to provide a 32bit BIOS with the features of 0.16 64bit BIOS. Or rather a new BIOS that supports both 32bit and 64bit OS without having to reflash (isn't that stupid?).

Beelink has not replied to date :-(

OK, a long time since last message
I have installed  the 32 bit BIOS  version suggested in the 14 post of the BIOS thread
and I have found no references to a "boot on power-on" or any new power on option.

So still there is not an open way.

Beelink, please may you give us any hint?
Thanks
Best regards
Pablo
